Jackson Outfitters provides fully guided spring Merriam’s turkey hunts on private property and our vast permitted areas of public land in the Uncompahgre National Forest and BLM. The terrain is a mixture of high desert plateau and deep canyons, scrub oak, ponderosa and lodge pole pine with breath taking maintain views in all directions and lots of wildlife. There is a large population of wild turkeys in these areas and we have a high harvest success rate. Our guides provide transportation in the field, decoys and call for you. Our hunts start by call locating then setting up over decoys and calling.
